Box Divvy connects your local community with farmers and food producers to provide market-fresh, locally and Australian-grown, seasonal fruit, vegetables and groceries helping you cook and eat better for less.

Our Mission is to provide quality food, pay farmers fairly and make fresh food available at extraordinary prices.

Working together with Western Sydney Diabetes Alliance we have created Box Divvy™.

We're now over 12,000 families in NSW and the ACT working together changing the food system. There is no food waste as produce is picked to order.

How do I order?

Ordering is easy! Just different. Box Divvy is OPT IN.

Your Hub™ is run by a neighbour we call a Hubster ™

First Join a Hub you'll receive a welcome email with details on the ordering cycle and how to order. Your Hubster will phone you for a chat.

So join a Hub™ & order online with your group.

* Box Divvy price comparisons are based on a basket for that week and Box Divvy prices include a Hubster fee paid to the Hubster to run your Hub plus pack your food.

About our smart App??

To order you’ll be using the Box Divvy easy & smart ordering App and you'll be prompted to download this.

Our App sits safely within our website so it's not exposed to risk on App Stores.

You'll note also we have an SSL Security certificate daily updated on the site keeping your card details safe.

How can you do this so cheaply?

We're a Social Enterprise Business so we are concerned about the environment and sustainability. We are not subject to the tenuous nature of Grants like not-for-profit.

Profits are channelled back to reducing prices for members.

Transparent pricing

Note that we do not do 'loss leaders' which are items sold at cost or below cost. In the end the farmer pays for this resulting not being paid a fair price for their produce.

So, once you've joined a Hub and your ordering cycle is open you'll be in Marketplace. Click on the picture of the item and you'll see so much more information about the farmer and pricing.

What is so great about Box Divvy?

It saves you time, money and your health.

You don't need to search for a park, no trolleys, reduced packaging, lower food miles and no food waste as we pick to order. Plus Box Divvy offer nutritional rather than energy high foods.

Who runs my Food Hub?

A neighbour, known as a Hubster, runs your Food Hub and they offer you nutritionally high food rather than energy high processed food.

Do I have to pay anything to join?

No fee to join.

Do I have to order each week?

Spaces are limited and it is expected you will order weekly or at least fortnightly.

Are we just sharing boxes?

No. Look at the minimums required to purchase as a group in your Hub to get that item. For example, it might be 3 buk choi total needed to be bought by the group. If someone wants a 4th or 5th they get it.

How to I pay for my order?

On registering for Box Divvy you will have put your card details in and there will be a validation of your card between 4 and 6 cents. A CREDIT or DEBIT card, Visa or Mastercard only. This information sits on the Eway Payment Gateway site.

We do not do AMEX or other cards. We do not do Pay Pal.

When your order is processed, at order cut-off, your card is charged. Make sure you have enough money in the account. If it declines you will get an email. After the second attempt to process your payment you will be charged $5 processing fee.

What? No Box Divvy Hub in your area?

Maybe someone you know wants to start a Box Divvy Hub. They earn good income & only need 4-5 hours a week or more depending on the size of your Hub. There is also no investment to start a Box Divvy Food Hub. Not a franchise.
